This is the whole policy. It is short because the app does very little on your behalf.
Look Twice has no accounts, no sign in, no analytics, no crash trackers, no advertising identifiers. I do not know who uses the app or how often.
The names you enter, the allergens you set, the camera frames, and every scan result stay on your iPhone. Labels are read on the device. There is no server to receive any of it.
Payment goes through the App Store. Apple tells me nothing that identifies you, and I never see your payment details.
Your message sits in my inbox until the question is settled, and it is used for nothing else. If you send a wrong-result report from the app, the draft includes the label text and the allergens that scan checked for, and nothing else. You can edit it before sending.
