What we collect

Nothing. Look Twice does not create an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not include any analytics, tracking, or advertising software. There is no server for your information to be sent to, because Look Twice does not have one.

Your scans and your children's information

When you scan a label, the camera image and the text read from it are processed entirely on your iPhone and are never transmitted anywhere. The allergen profiles you set up for your children are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and neither can anyone else.

Camera access

Look Twice uses your camera solely to read the ingredient label in front of you, in real time, on your device. Images are not saved, uploaded, or shared. You can revoke camera access at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

Purchases

Look Twice is a one-time purchase. That transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third parties

There are none. Look Twice contains no third-party SDKs, trackers, or data-sharing arrangements of any kind.

Children's privacy

Because Look Twice collects no data at all, it collects no data from anyone — including children. Allergen profiles you create for your family stay on your device and are under your control.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Since the app collects nothing, any change would only ever make that commitment clearer.
